Appenzeller® Bio mildly spicy
Since autumn 1996 Appenzeller® cheese has also been produced using organic milk. There is no difference in taste to the Appenzeller® Bio mildly spicy, which has been stored for an equal amount of time. It is looked after in the same way during the maturing process. It has a distinctive appearance with the word organic (Bio) printed on its rind and special «BIO» label.
