The dish is intended to bring sun, holiday mood, and warmth into the "parlour". We used local ingredients and put raclette cheese in a different light.

Nachos  
150 g / 6 oz tortillla chips (natural or seasoned, as desired)
3  slices of bacon
3  pickles
50 g / 2 oz cherry tomatoes
8 onions
200 g / 7 oz Appenzeller® cheese
  sweet paprika and pepper
   
Garlic dip  
1  garlic clove
1 sprig of thyme
20 g / 1 oz  mustard
1 egg
70 ml / 3 fl oz sunflower oil
